THE PUBLICATION

About People Practice

People Practice looks at the ordinary decisions that make HR work easier to understand: what a record says, who owns the next step and which question needs an answer.

For people doing the work

We publish US-English editorial guides for employees and small HR teams. Our focus is practical communication around onboarding, pay statements, benefits questions, time away and role transitions. Zenefits and TriNet identify subjects of our coverage, not the publisher or a relationship with those companies.

A publication, not an account service

We cannot retrieve or change employee records, calculate pay, make a benefits election, grant access or resolve a support ticket. There are no employee sign-in forms or private-document uploads here. Account tasks belong with your employer and the relevant official service.

How we prepare articles

Articles use official public TriNet documentation and relevant U.S. government sources, distinguish documented facts from original HR communication methods and label hypothetical examples. No private account or employer deployment was tested.

Sources establish limited public facts. Our working methods are original editorial analysis. Hypothetical examples are labeled, and no real employee record is reproduced. Read our editorial method and the limits of this publication.
